To celebrate my new project and my first blog ever, my dear love offered me the perfect gift that everybody should have in their kitchen: Bose speakers for my iTouch!
OK, I may sound crazy for some of you but I’ve been cooking in this kitchen for more than 3 months now since we’ve moved to the UK and Friday night, for the first time, I was able to listen to some jazz while cooking!
Trust me, this beautiful gift has changed my life… Or maybe it’s a way tfrom my love to tell me ‘You should spend more time in the kitchen, I love when you cook for me’
But you know what? I don’t care because it ‘s true, I love cooking!
And here is what jazz and Marmiton.org inspired me for my Friday night’s creation:
Trouts stuffed with vegetables – 2 persons
2 trouts
2 courgettes
1 pepper
3 tomatoes
Some white wine
Chop up all the vegetables and stir them in a pan with some olive oil. Add some fish spices, white wine, salt and pepper and let it cook for 15 mn. Add some more white wine if the vegetables are getting too dry.
Once cooked, length wise each trout and stuff it with the vegetables.
Add some slices of tomatoes and parsley in the trout with some olive oil on the top before putting each trout in foil paper.
Put the trouts 25 minutes in the oven at 180°c.
Perfect dinner with a good glass of californian Chardonnay!
